2,532,295 and 2,625,144. This is a very valuable mark and symbolizes the goodwill associated with the animal emergency services
offered by the North Carolina Animal Relief Fund. The SART mark should only be used by authorized licensees. Unauthorized use
leads to public confusion and constitutes trademark infringement under both state and federal trademark laws.
